Adornment as A Sacred Ritual.
I’m a Reiki, Yogic and energy healer, and completing a 4 year healing science Degree as a Brennan Healing Science Practitioner. I use techniques like laying on hands and energy work on your body and the Human Energy Field that surrounds it. Colour is used in healing, like in Yoga, to brighten and strengthen the energy centers, ( Charkas ) and the 7 layers of the Yogic Body. Colour can be used to transform how you feel, enhance your mood and uplift your vibration and thereby consciousness.
The body is your Temple, your home to take care of, nourish physically, spiritually, emotionally. You can adorn, dress and treat your body with loving kindness and appreciation, through the medium of your everyday clothing. Dressing your precious body for different occasions can be a mindful practice, colour, texture, for each day, event, or circumstance to be sacred, it can nourish you and bring you into deeper relationship with yourself, and then others.
